Cosmos Yachting GmbH controls the processing of personal data as described in this Privacy Statement. We are a private limited liability company, incorporated under the laws of Germany.

We never print your personal data or store it offline. Everything is encrypted on our servers, and only a limited number of people have access to this data. We use appropriate business systems and procedures to protect and safeguard the personal information you give us.

We also use security procedures and technical and physical restrictions for accessing and using personal data on our servers. Only authorized personnel are permitted to access personal data during their work.
